Exercise is plays a vital role in the development and fitness of an individual. It is well known that exercise helps an individual to attain fitness and fight from various kinds of body problems. It is the exercise and balanced diet that gives your body energy to fight against the ailments and other disorders.

Kidney stone is one of the most popular and highly problematic ailments that require immediate action and attention. It has been termed as a highly painful ailment in which a patient tends to face a number of problems. Kidney stone pain is so intense that it has been compared to the pain that a woman experience during child birth. Kidney stones are hard pieces of some substance from urine of an individual; mostly it is due to the deposits of calcium oxalates. The size and color of stones varies but that does not lay much difference in the problems associated with it.

The stones may be as small as sand granules and as big as a golf ball. The movement, blockage and the problems caused by these stones hardly matter with their color. It has been observed that exercise should be undertaken to an optimum level. Exercise tends to increase dehydration and can cause lactic acidosis both the factors that contribute to the risk of kidney stones, so it is really important to consider the amount of exercise that should be taken by every individual.

It has been suggested that the intake of fluid with exercising should be taken care in all climates as some people tend to decrease the fluid intake when the weather is cold; as the feeling of thirst is comparatively low. It has been observed that one tends to feel thirstier with the increase in physical activity; and therefore the requirement of water and other fluids increases. An individual should keep his water requirement fulfilled in order to save oneself from dehydration. Hence, exercise can prove to be beneficial and hazardous at the same time, the need is to understand its optimum level. Exercise undertaken to the required level proves to be highly advantageous in not only preventing kidney stones but also treating to some extent. Hence, exercise should be undertaken by the kidney stones patients to enable themselves to cope up with the problem in an easier way.
